First off...It's a Super 8. Not a Hilton. The only expectations should be a clean room, a decent bed, and friendly service. This place checks all three boxes. The owner is really nice. There are dog friendly rooms. And there's even a pancake machine for breakfast. At half the price of the Holiday Inn in town it's a steal.
This hotel is great and was perfectly located for my husband's work. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and our room is clean and comfortable. My son loves the amenities, and we appreciate the convenience of the hotel's services. The food is pretty good. We enjoy spending time together as a family, and this hotel makes it easy for us to do so. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others in similar situations, and if we were ever to return to Chanute, we'd definitely consider staying here again.
Clean rooms reasonably priced and friendly staff. The owner/manager is on site all the time and is attentive to the needs of his guests. I book here every time I stay in Chanute. Would recommend highly.
It is a little older hotel but don't let that fool you! The owner was amazing and his little side kick too. He was super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable!

After speaking with ownership it was undoubtingly comforting to know that they take pride in the ownership of their establishment with the utmost cleanliness and new furnishings. I usually don't stay at super 8, but was pleasantly surprised to have awoken to a comfortable bed, adequately hot shower, and great DirecTV accommodations. We weren't looking for a lavish experience, just a comfortable and AFFORDABLE pass thru option for our travels. Hotel and staff were amazing always went above and beyond to take care of us me and several of my guys on my crew loved staying here. Tons of parking rooms were always clean Front desk was very informational on anything we asked about in the town that we were working in for months definitely would come back for work or personal
As always, this place never fails to impress. If you’re looking for a comfortable getaway at an affordable price, the Super 8 by Wyndham in Chanute is the place to go. The water pressure was great and the room stayed perfectly cool overnight. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. My only concern was that the outlet next to the bed wasn’t working, but aside from that, the stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would most definitely come back.
